After you as a player, a team, a program or any organization have a Dream of the Best Day Ever, you must believe it can come true.
It can not be something that you only think as the boys in “Dumb and Dumber” did ” so you’re saying there’s a chance”. It must be an overwhelming passion that you believe if you make the proper changes and follow the path necessary the Best Day Ever is going to happen.
The only way you stick with it is knowing in every fiber of your being that the goal is ahead. Because if it is a worthwhile Best Day, it will not be easy as a matter of fact it will be very very hard. The plan only works if you believe, your teammates believe and everyone in your program believes in the plan and that this Dream will come true.
